Thank you in advance for allowing The House of Ke to service you. Booking- A retainer fee is Non-refundable if you cancel or need to rebook you will have to rebook with a new retainer fee. Shampoo/conditioner, braiding hair, boho hair, is included in price. Some styles do not come with hair please make sure you read service details. Kids- new kid clients and kids that may need little more attention, they must be booked during week day hours. NO KIDS are to be booked on Saturdays unless we have spoken prior to appointment. Please put/send color of beads and hair before appointment.Also if you have a picture of a particular hair style send before appointment date. Payments- your final balance can be paid in cash(have the exact amount) or card (tax is applied) Late- I give a 30 minute grace period after 30 minutes there is a $25 late fee added to service. Your appointment may or may not have to be rescheduled if scheduled if time does not permit.

Cancellation Policy

Booking- A retainer fee is required when booking and is non refundable unless an issue on my part. Cancellation- You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. If appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour mark at 50% fee is charged. No Call no show- A no call no show will be charged full service amount. If card can’t be charged you will be blocked from booking until balance is paid. Kids- new kid clients and kids that may need little more attention must be booked during week day hours. NO KIDS are to be booked on Saturdays unless we have spoken prior to appointment If child becomes to unruly the service will stop and you will have to pay 50% of your service cost.
